A couple in Willowbrook had a 1990s master bathroom with a garden tub nobody used, a vanity with zero storage, and a shower stall that was leaking behind the tile into the subfloor. They wanted a modern walk-in shower, a double vanity, and to stop worrying about water damage.
We demoed the tub and shower, reframed for the new walk-in layout, relocated plumbing for the double vanity, installed new fixtures, coordinated tile, patched and painted the drywall, and finished with baseboard and trim. We also re-caulked the hall bathroom and replaced a running toilet while we were there. Completed in 12 days with daily cleanup.
